Great please, great wings, only problem was it just taste like meat, didn't have enough sauce on them, but a lot of interesting flavors.
Wings were terrific, they had that freshly made feel, as opposed to the seemingly frozen garbage we've come to expect from places like St. Louis. And obviously you don't understand the service industry if thats your description of poor service( you eating at a wingery!). Anyways to anybody who enjoys the pub setting you'll love it. Crown and Dragon has become our official wing spot!
I went yesterday (Tuesday March 2nd 2010 ), after reading all these review and being a heavy St Louis and Duff customer i was very excited to go to this place...
but i was disappointed
1) wing quality/plumpness: i found the wings to be very bland, and not juicy enough.... the wings were good sized but the tastes did not make up for it...
2) flavor: I had their award winning "dragons breath wings" ( 3 stars hot) & killer bee ( 2 stars hot)
they were not hot at all
i break out in a small sweat when i eat Armageddons at Duffs, the dragons breath wings had was none of that...
i found that the killer bee wings were actually spicier then the dragons breath...
3) service: mediocre...
we had a group of 8 people and the waitress said she couldn't split the bills "due to an old computer" system.... that is a pretty shady tactic, i think she did it so she can guarantee her 15 % mandatory gratuity (for groups)
by the time she came around and asked if we wanted more drinks, i was almost done my meal,
-she also added an extra rum/coke to our bill and after we confronted her she said "ohh it must have been the wrong table"
after eating here I do not have an urge to go back right away, like what happens after a meal at St Louis or Duff's....
this place has a good amount of flavors, but their wing quality is sub-par, the service was weak.
better luck next time (which which will be a while)

Thomas and the boys used to meet up for wings twice a week after practice, so rest assured he knows his mild from his medium. He loves Crown & Dragon’s “smokin’ gun” wings even though the flavour eludes him. “I don’t know what it is, but I like it,” he says with a big grin. So how does it compare to the wings back home? “I think it would do good,” he says. “A lot of people like their wings like that.”
