oisymike had very good things to say about the chicken wings at Nashville’s Most Wanted Pizza, so we had to check them out. We went with the Sins of Memphisto version, which are jumbo wings baked with a Memphis style rub. They stood out as original and tasty on the first bite. The baking gives them a crispy, natural skin and when combined with the rub makes an awesome combo. Best of all they give those wings a nice char. That brings out the spices, which include a bit of cinnamon for a sweet top to the spiciness. They are mild but packed with flavor. Three of us at the table were big wing eaters and we agreed these are among the best in Nashville. Now we probably should have done a mix and match and tried the Chipotle Diablo hot wings. Judging from the mellowness of the dry rub version I would imagine they are not killer hot, and apparently everyone raves about them. Certainly a reason for another trip.
