It's A Wing Thing.

HotWings.ca was is the brain child of three pals from the (suburban) hood. It's origins link back to the post beer-league curling and hockey games where, after each game, the trio would nurse their wounds and discuss the games highlights over a tasty plate of wings and a cold pint. As the seasons progressed and games were played in every corner of the city, it became apparent that they needed some sort of resource to help locate nearby establishments and the best deals. No such tool existed.

So, it was decided that, as true wing connoisseurs, the task fell to them to create an incredible wing scouting machine.  A machine so powerful it could manage an army of scouts in the common pursuit of locating the city's best and most affordable chicken wings. Over months of wing eating, brow wiping, and beer fueled reviewing HotWings.ca was finally hatched. Public reaction was overwhelming and it became an overnight sensation amongst wing aficionados across the city. Finally, you could punch in one URL, HotWings.ca, and locate wing deals, find out who had the best wings, and who had the amenities and ambiance that you desired.

As the months progressed, HotWings.ca had caught some media buzz and was profiled in FFWD, Swerve Magazine, Dose, Vex Magazine and various blog sites. During the build-up to Super Bowl 07, HotWings.ca was called upon by CTV Calgary for an interview discussing the annual wing shortage during the Super Bowl and various other sporting events.
